Warm Your Body

This is the third workshop in the Warming Workshops brought to us by Forest Etiquette.

In this workshop we will work with an assorted array of oils including herb infused sunflower seed oil, rosehip, and evening primrose.  We will customize our oils with a blend of herbs & flowers to create a personal body oil that will  keep us moisturized through the dry months of winter and be used in self massage creating healthy circulation and encouraging lymphatic drainage
